IsoFocus Giesse

The aesthetic value of a wall is critical. Isomec joins the beauty of an architectural wall erected with concealed fastening to the convenience of modular construction. ISOFOCUS GIESSE addresses the needs for light and fireproof structures. ISOFOCUS GIESSE is available with diamond surface finish; the outer diamond micro-scoring of the panel highlights its particularly pleasant appearance

  • Prestigious aesthetic appearance which enhances the value of the building.
  • Concealed fastening joint.
  • Extremely easy and quick installation.
  • Low fastening costs.
  • Optimal fire behaviour.
  • Increased building safety.
  • Architectural integration and design modularity.

Produced with a “continuous” productive system, ISOFOCUS GIESSE is a self-supporting metal panel, designed for industrial and commercial building walls, with requisites of fire reaction on demand. It consists of two micro-scored metal sheets with a rock wool layer in between. Specifically designed for environments subject to fire hazard, it can be installed both horizontally and vertically.

The labyrinth layout and the insulated joint, equipped with a suitable fastening housing, completely hides the fastening from view and stops air passing through and heat channels. Each individual screw blocks both of the panel’s metal supports. The rock wool has oriented strands and it is laid out orthogonally with respect to the metal sheet plane. It is advisable not to exceed maximum panel length of 6000 mm.
