Description

The ISOFOCUS TP panel, produced following an innovative productive system, consists of two steel sheets with a rock wool insulating layer in between. ISOFOCUS TP addresses the needs for light and fireproof structures. Suitable for industrial and residential walls, it is available in a variety of thicknesses to assure utilisation versatility. Reliable in aesthetic terms, it allows integration with different architectural systems.

Utilisation

Produced with a “continuous” productive system, ISOFOCUS TP is a self-supporting metal panel, designed for industrial and commercial building walls, with reaction and fire resistance requisites on demand. It consists of two micro-scored metal sheets with a rock wool layer in between. Specifically designed for environments subject to fire hazard.

Features

Self-supporting metal/rock wool panel designed for walls and internal partitions that require high performing fire behaviour and acoustic insulation. The rock wool has oriented strands and it is laid out orthogonally with respect to the metal sheet plane, making the panel monolithic. Tongue-and-grooved joint with possibility of simple or labyrinth joint. It is advisable not to exceed maximum panel length of 6000 mm.

Steel Zinc-coated, pre-painted rolled steel, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10346). Stainless Steel Rolled stainless steel, natural or satin finish, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10088). Alluminium Rolled aluminium alloy, natural finish, embossed and pre-painted, thickness between 0.6 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 485). Copper Rolled copper, thickness between 0.5 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 1172).
