Description

Panel anchoring is carried out by means of a special joint. Giesse is available with diamond surface finish. The special concealed joint of this panel provides decidedly higher mechanical and insulation performance than any other product; the panel’s external diamond micro-scoring enhances its appearance.

Utilisation

Self-supporting, polyurethane-insulated metal panel with concealed fastening system, designed for industrial and commercial building walls and partitioning in general which call for particular aesthetic features. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically.

Features

The labyrinth layout and insulated joint, featuring a suitable screw housing, means the fastening is completely hidden from view and stops air passing through or heat channels. Each individual screw blocks both panel metal supports. Because of the particular joint shape, fastening is of the non through kind and it is applied on the pre-arranged area on the male edge of the external plate. Walls using these structures are erected by joining panels one to the other.

Steel Zinc-coated, pre-painted rolled steel, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10346).
Stainless Steel Rolled stainless steel, natural or satin finish, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10088).
Alluminium Rolled aluminium alloy, natural finish, embossed and pre-painted, thickness between 0.6 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 485).
Copper Rolled copper, thickness between 0.5 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 1172).
