The outer face of the cold profiled plate panel can be in zinc-coated, pre-painted steel, natural or pre-painted aluminium, copper or stainless steel. Steel and aluminium pre-painting is available in various hues. The panel’s internal side is in orthophtalic polyester resin reinforced in fibre glass. The consistent thickness of the insulating polyurethane material offers a remarkably efficient barrier to winter-time heat dispersion and summer-time solar radiation. Insulating materials: Fiber Glass
Fiber glass UV Stabilized. Approximate weight 1000 g/m2 with glass fibre 25-27% on overall rolled sheet weight. Operating temperature comprised between –40/+120 °C. Chemical resistance: acids/optimal; alcohol/optimal; alkali/good; solvents/good. For more detailed information it is necessary to know the nature and concentration of the chemical agent as well as environmental usage conditions. Thickness 0.5mm. Frosted white colour.
Steel Zinc-coated, pre-painted rolled steel, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10346). Stainless Steel Rolled stainless steel, natural or satin finish, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10088). Alluminium Rolled aluminium alloy, natural finish, embossed and pre-painted, thickness between 0.6 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 485). Copper Rolled copper, thickness between 0.5 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 1172).
