Utilisation

Produced with a “continuous” productive system, ISOFOCUS GIESSE is a self-supporting metal panel, designed for industrial and commercial building walls, with requisites of fire reaction on demand. It consists of two micro-scored metal sheets with a rock wool layer in between. Specifically designed for environments subject to fire hazard, it can be installed both horizontally and vertically.

Features

The labyrinth layout and the insulated joint, equipped with a suitable fastening housing, completely hides the fastening from view and stops air passing through and heat channels. Each individual screw blocks both of the panel’s metal supports. The rock wool has oriented strands and it is laid out orthogonally with respect to the metal sheet plane. It is advisable not to exceed maximum panel length of 6000 mm.

Metal plate supports

Steel Zinc-coated, pre-painted rolled steel, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10346).
Stainless Steel Rolled stainless steel, natural or satin finish, thickness between 0.4 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 10088).
Alluminium Rolled aluminium alloy, natural finish, embossed and pre-painted, thickness between 0.6 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 485).
Copper Rolled copper, thickness between 0.5 and 0.8 mm (UNI EN 1172).
